After a difficult day yesterday, and a small mini-meltdown last night, I am once again peaceful.  Many thanks to my wonderful friend Carmen for her patience and wisdom.  I am so bountifully blessed to have such kind compassionate and understanding friends.  Huge hugs to you all.
